DAVID D. PISARCIK, BAP, MBAP
Energy Analyst
David Pisarcik supports MEI’s Procurement and Energy Market practice areas with an emphasis on tariff analysis, energy futures, and financial analysis of energy usage. For tariff analyses, Mr. Pisarcik collects and analyzes tariff and usage data to determine client cost savings against default rates and to ensure utility billing accuracy on behalf of clients. Mr. Pisarcik also performs research on energy futures markets, and aids in the preparation of bid solicitations for clients. Prior to joining MEI, Mr. Pisarcik worked as an energy analyst for Johnson Controls, where he had a wide range of energy related responsibilities, including tracking of tenant submeter data, implementation of energy management software, and analysis of energy consumption and demand data on behalf of clients. Mr. Pisarcik is certified by the Building Performance Institute as a Building Analyst Professional and as a Multifamily Building Analyst Professional.
