Bradford Stern Named Vice President for Legal and Regulatory Affairs

PHILADELPHIA, PA (June, 2011) – Mondre Energy is pleased to announce that Bradford M. Stern, Esq., has joined the company as vice president for legal and regulatory affairs. Brad brings to MEI more than 20 years of experience in energy regulation and legislation, strategic energy planning and procurement, and demand-side management.

Brad has been associated with MEI since the firm’s founding in 1998, providing a range of services to MEI and its clients. Mr. Stern also continues his relationship, as of counsel, with Rothfelder Stern, LLC, which focuses on regulatory, legislative, administrative, transactional, contract and litigation matters involving the electric, gas, telecommunications, cable television, water, wastewater industries and solid waste industries. He also worked as a supervising licensing engineer with United Engineers & Constructors, Philadelphia, PA, specializing in the siting and licensing of large-scale power production facilities.

Mr. Stern received his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. He received a Master of Arts in Environmental Affairs, and a Bachelor in Arts in Biology, both from Clark University Worcester, MA. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
